This year, Georgia is being represented at Junior Eurovision 2023 by Anastasia and Ranina with their song, 'Over the Sky'.

You can find details on the entry, the artist, and history of Georgia at Junior Eurovision below.

About the artists: Anastasia and Ranina

Anastasia Vasadze, Nikoloz Kharati and Oto Bazerashvili - performing under the name Anastasia & Ranina - will represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision this year.

Georgia once again used 'Ranina' as the selection show to choose their 2023 Junior Eurovision entry. Ten entries competed across multiple rounds and the five with the highest points progressed to a semi-final and final. The winner of Ranina 2023 was Anastasia Vasadze.

However, in a surprise twist, it was later announced that Anastasia would be joined on stage by 2022's Ranina finalists, Nikoloz (11 years old) and Oto (12 years old).

Anastasia Vasadze is 11 years old and lives in Georgia's capital city, Tbilisi. Anastasia was just six years old when she won an international singing competition for children. She attends St. George's International School where she also studies ballet and she loves female singers with big voices including Whitney Houston.

About the entry: 'Over the Sky'.

Following the addition of Nikoloz and Oto to the entry, Georgia's 2023 Junior Eurovision act is now known as Anastasia and Ranina.

The song has been written in both English and Georgian by songwriters Betkho and Mebo Nutsubidze and producer Giorgi Asanishvillia. This represents a departure from previous years, with a new songwriting team being brought onboard to craft this year's entry.
