Currently Finland is the favourite followed by Australia and Greece. Israel and Romania are not far behind with Bulgaria the big mover. Denmark, Italy and France have all dropped. Malta and Czechia are behind those with a big drop to Moldova, Ukraine, Sweden and Croatia. Albania and Cyprus follow them and the rest have been given a <1% chance of winning.
