Just 24 hours ago, 15 artists competed in semi-final 2 of Eurovision 2026 in Vienna, Austria.
YouTube views help in looking at which entries left an impression on the general televoting public. It's safe to say a televoter is more likely to vote for songs that they readily seek out after the show!
We've crunched the numbers for the number of YouTube views the performances have amassed 24 hours after being uploaded to the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel.
The views were collated 24 hours after the first semi-final 2 performances were uploaded to the channel.
We also included Armenia, France and United Kingdom who weren't competing in the semi, but did perform.
Take a look at the results:

It is fascinating to see these 24-hour metrics, especially with Dara from Bulgaria and Aidan from Malta pulling in such massive numbers right out of the gate. YouTube view counts are always a massive indicator of raw televote momentum because it shows exactly which staging and track captured the audience enough to make them actively search for it the next morning.
The biggest downside to diving down the Eurovision YouTube rabbit hole to rewatch these performances is the aggressive amount of unskippable double pre-rolls and mid-roll ads cutting off the music right before the key changes or staging climaxes. If you want a completely uninterrupted viewing experience while analyzing the performances, using a dedicated extension like https://www.standsapp.org/youtube-ad-blocker/ is a total game-changer.…
