Early this morning, Australian time, the jury show of the Eurovision 2026 semi-final 1 took place.

These performances are what each national jury vote on ahead of the live show for televoters tomorrow.

The jury show can make or break some contestants, so let's take a look at how the entries went.

WARNING: Spoilers ahead!

Nailed it

Finland are here to claim their victory! This performance is what one expects from a Eurovision performance. Vocally Pete has polished up. Overall the whole performance has actually been polished up as well and the shots are much tighter. Can EASILY see the jury gravitate to this.

This performance gives you goosebumps, delivering drama, emotions, and vocals! Lion gives it his all and the juries will absolutely lap this up. Easily top 3 contender with the juries. Whether the televote will agree we will have to see tomorrow.

Yes, yes this performance has televote written all over it. But the juries will be giving this love, especially from the younger jury members included this year. Akylas nailed this performance and it works great as an overall package to give everyone the most fun entry of the night!

Poland

This performance nailed it when looking down the lens as a juror. Vocally Alicja sounds GREAT and gives it her all. As an overall package it does look incredible and she looks stunning. This performance is screaming at the juries for votes and it will pick them up!

Lifted for the juries

Portugal

This will be right up the juries ally. Their vocals are great and the performance actually stands out after Greece in a big way. This performance is a step up from the Portuguese national final, and I think these boys will see the Grand Final.

Serbia

The overall performance is incredible giving SO MUCH DRAMA!!! It is also giving full on metal realness that does not disappoint. Whether the juries will go for something like this is a different story. But Lavina aren't here to play they are here to scream their way into the Grand Final!

Could be a struggle with juries

Croatia

Now this performance is epic and absolutely captivating. It is one of the most striking and beautiful stagings out of all of them tonight. But vocally there is something missing. The lead vocalist sounded somewhat strained, so they may struggle jury wise.

Georgia

There are some great shots and visuals in this, but I think the trio have been given more then they can chew. They are doing a lot in this performance and it shows. In parts they sounded puffed out. It's an electrifying and energetic performance that may have missed the mark vocally.

Your country or favourite song not listed?

It means they did a great job! It was an incredible show and all 15 countries did a great job. These are just some of our ones to pick out.

Check out what our team on the ground think after watching the first dress rehearsal from earlier today.
