With a little under a month until the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 kicks off in Vienna, Austria, fans are going into overdrive with predictions as to who will qualify from this year's semi-finals, who will miss out... and of course, who will take out the Eurovision 2026 crown.
We have looked at the Aussievision team's predictions as to who will qualify from semi-final 1 in Vienna. Semi-final 1 is on 12 May 2026.
Based on everything we've seen so far, 14 Aussievision contributors have each chosen their 10 qualifiers from semi-final 1 and we've tallied up the totals for an overall Aussievision team prediction.
Semi-final 1
The 10 acts the Aussievision team has collectively picked to qualify from semi-final 1 are:
(The percentage of team members picking that nation in brackets)
Finland (100%)
Sweden (100%)
Moldova (100%)
Croatia (93.3%)
Greece (93.3%)
Israel (93.3%)
Serbia (80%)
Montenegro (80%)
Portugal (66.7%)
Lithuania (66.7%)
This means that the team thinks that the following five entries will miss out on this year's Grand Final:
Georgia (46.7%)
San Marino (26.7%)
Belgium (20%)
Estonia (20%)
Poland (13.3%)
How accurate will these predictions be? Last year the team collectively had a 80% success rate, so many picks may be right but there's usually always one or two surprises!

Hello folks, I found this while reading comments under a video about mobile-friendly platforms in India. Someone casually dropped a reference, and I followed it out of curiosity. In the middle of testing things out, I accessed https://zuplay1.com/app/ and noticed how quickly everything responded. No unnecessary distractions, just a clear flow that made sense right away. I stayed longer than planned because it was easy to get into.
In geometry dash, timing isn’t optional - it’s everything. If you don’t move with the rhythm, even simple levels can feel impossible.
Really fun to read Eurovision prediction posts like this because Semi-Final 1 always feels full of possible surprises. Fan expectations before rehearsals can look very different once staging, vocals, and live energy come into play, which is what makes following these discussions so entertaining. Aussievision usually does a great job capturing that excitement and comparing different viewpoints from the fan community.
While checking out different music forums and fan resources, I also noticed how varied shared links can be across communities, including https://pin-up1.in/ appearing among completely unrelated references and discussion threads online.
Overall, prediction season is almost as exciting as the contest itself — can’t wait to see which entries outperform expectations on the live stage!
