Eurovision 2025: The Top 20 of LGBTQIA+ fans

Last week, we revealed the results of our public poll on the Eurovision songs of 2025.
334 people voted in our poll, giving 1,650 "televote" points with the majority (55%) from outside Australia.
KAJ from Sweden with Bara bada bastu took the top spot and we also revealed the full list from 1st to 37th.
In the poll, we also captured the demographic information of voters so we could break down the results a little further.
Today, we look at which songs were favoured by the LGBTQIA+ community.
LGBTQIA+ voters
56% of the voters identified themselves as part of the LGBTQIA+ community in the poll
36% indicated they were not part of the community, and 8% preferred not to say
78% of the LGBTQIA+ voters were male

Winner and Top 10
There was a different winner! The straight community voted Albania with Zjerm as their 1st place while it was only 4th with LGBTQIA+ voters.
Within the Top 10, LGBTQIA+ voters put Australia (3rd compared to 5th), Austria (6th to 9th), France (9th to 15th) and Switzerland (10th to 23rd) higher than their straight counterparts.
While straight voters put Lithuania higher (8th compared to 19th).
Biggest differences
+14 places: The LGBTQIA+ community placed UK 14th while their straight peers but it 28th
+13 places: Straight voters put Iceland 12th while queer voters put it 25th
+13 places: LGBTQIA+ voters placed Switzerland 10th compared to straight voters in 23rd
+11 places: Both Lithuania (8th) and Montenegro (21st) were 11 places higher than LGBTQIA+ voters
+11 places: LGBTQIA+ fans loved Spain (16th) more than their straight colleagues

Although there were some big differences between the two communities, they had the same top fives songs just in a slightly different order. And they only disagreed on two songs in the Top 10.
So if the song is good enough, it'll be loved by everyone!
