Blanka will represent Poland at Eurovision 2023 with 'Solo'



Poland's national final 'Tu bije serce Europy! Wybieramy hity na Eurowizję' took place this morning, and Poland has chosen a winner!


Blanka will represent Poland at Eurovision 2023 with the song 'Solo'.


The national final featured 10 artists and the result was based on a 50/50 vote from jury and the public from the field.


The results were:

  1. Blanka - 'Solo'

  2. Jann - 'Gladiator'

  3. Dominik Dudek - 'Be Good'

  4. Felivers - 'Never Back Down'

  5. Yan Majewski - 'Champion'

  6. Alicja Szemplińska - 'New Home'

  7. Natasza - Lift You Up'

  8. Kuba Szmajkowski - 'You Do Me'

  9. Maja Hyży - 'Never Hide'

  10. Ahlena - 'Booty'




Poland made their Eurovision debut back in 1994 with Edyta Górniak's 'To Nie Ja!' which gave them their best result to date in 2nd place. Poland has entered the Contest 24 times and since the semi-finals were introduced, has qualified to the Grand Final on 15 occasions. Their most recent best result was in 2016 with Michael Szpak's 'Colour of Your Life' which finished in 8th place after surprisingly finishing in third place in the televotes. Poland was represented at Eurovision 2022 by Ochmann with 'River' which finished in 12th place in the Grand Final.
