Australia scores points in the Euro Jury 2022 from Poland, Romania, San Marino and Serbia

So far the top 10 placings in the Euro Jury 2022 have been revealed from 41 countries.


Previously Australia was placed in the top 10 in the Euro Jury 2022 by a further five countries. Today Sheldon Riley's 'Not The Same' has received points from an additional four countries equating to a total of 21 countries now.



The Euro Jury makes a return for 2022 where artists, musicians, and songwriters are invited to vote on this years Eurovision songs as part of the jury. This makes up for 50% of the vote. The remaining 50% is decided by the public.


The Euro Jury 2022 is organised by the Eurovoix team. They have selected 150 jury members from 47 countries.


Each juror is asked to create a ranking of their favourite competing Eurovision 2022 songs which is combined with the other jurors in their country.


The following countries have placed Australia in their top 10 or their top 3 (shown in bold):


Poland


The jury members from Poland are:

  • Kuba Szmajkowski – Participated in Poland’s Eurovision 2022 selection

  • Karolina Lizer – Participated in Poland’s Eurovision 2022 selection

Romania


The jury members from Romania are:

  • Mihai Trăistariu -Represented Romania at Eurovision 2006

  • Aldo Blaga – Participated in Romania’s Eurovision 2019 selection

  • Dya – Participated in Romania’s Eurovision 2019 selection

San Marino


The jury members from San Marino are:

  • Giacomo Di Benedetto – Backing singer for San Marino at Eurovision 2012 and 2014

  • Jutta Staudenmayer – Songwriter of “Spirit of The Night”

  • Aaron Sibley – Participated in San Marino’s Eurovision 2022 selection

  • Cristina Ramos – Participated in San Marino’s Eurovision 2022 selection

Serbia


The jury members from the Serbia are:

  • Petar Aničić – Represented Serbia at Junior Eurovision 2020

Out of the 41 countries to now reveal their points, so far Australia has been placed in the top 10 in 21 countries, with four countries placing Australia in their top 3.


The full results of The Euro Jury will be revealed during the course of April 29.
