Australia's 2019 Junior Eurovision artist Jordan Anthony has released his second single this year with the new song 'Broken Love'.

He previously released the song 'Loud' in January this year. It was his first song release since 'Fighting the Blaze' after last year's bushfires at the start of 2020.

Jordan Anthony is the 16 year-old vocal powerhouse who won the hearts of the Nation as the youngest finalist in the history of The Voice Australia making it to the Top 4 of the series when he was only 14 years of age.

Based in Perth and currently in Year 11, Jordan was humming in tune to his parent’s favourite show tunes before he could talk and so it was clear from a very young age that Jordan had an ear for music, a passion for singing and the sensitivity to write meaningful lyrics. Also proficient on the piano, he writes his own songs drawing from personal experiences including issues of bullying and loss.

“Music for me is the ultimate form of expression. When people listen to my songs I want them to relate and happy or sad know they are not alone.”

Following his journey on The Voice, Jordan went on to represent Australia in Junior Eurovision with his original song ‘We Will Rise’, a song about hope and unity and wrote his ‘LOUD’ which has been nominated amongst an impressive pool of nominees for the 2021 West Australian Music (WAM) Song of the Year Competition.

“LOUD is about my experience coming back from The Voice and seeing how some people changed around me, people I had barely spoken to claiming to be friends. It’s also a reminder to myself to always stay true to who I am and not let anyone or any experience change me in any way.”

Jordan continues to write and release unique music that appeals to a wide demographic with his ballad ‘Broken Love’ released today. Jordan is honoured to have LOUD nominated in the Act, Belong, Commit category of the WAM Song of the Year Music Awards to be announced later this month on June 30 2021 at the Freo Social Club.

'Broken Love' is available now on iTunes and streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.
