'Australia Decides’ artists win at the Queensland Music Awards

On Wednesday night, ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides 2020’ artist Jaguar Jonze won the Folk / Singer Songwriter Award at the Queensland Music Awards, presented by the Fortitude Music Hall.



The song which won the award, ‘Murder’, was written by Deena Lynch and Steven Schram, and was released on her newest EP, ‘ANTIHERO’.


Jaguar Jonze was also nominated in two other categories at the Queensland Music Awards. She was nominated in the rock category for her ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides 2020’ song ‘Rabbit Hole’, and was also nominated in the music video category for ‘MURDER’.



Jaguar Jonze was not the only ‘Australia Decides’ artist to win at the Queensland Music Awards. ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides 2019’ artists Sheppard won the Export Achievement Award.


Jaguar’s latest EP ‘ANTIHERO’ is available through online streaming services and digital music stores, as well as a limited run of physical copies of vinyl’s and CD’s.
