The first of Sweden's National Final Melodifestivalen show took place this morning Australian time.
Fan favourite Wiktoria went straight through to the final after her dramatic rain infused performance of her ballad 'Not With Me'.
This was the third time Wiktoria has gone direct to final where she came 4th and 6th of the 2016 and 2017 finals respectively.
Also through was Mohombi who used Mans 'Heroes' type projections during his up beat performance of 'Hello'.
This is his second time at Melodifestivalen (he performed back in 2005 as part of group 'Avalon') but the first time he has reached the final.
The two acts through the Andra Chansen were Nano and Anna Bergendahl. Anna had previously performed at the 2010 contest where she finished 11th in her semi final leaving Sweden out of the Grand Final for the first and only time.
Nano meanwhile previously finished 2nd at Melodifestivalen in 2017.
