OGAE Second Chance Contest

Each year the official fan club organisation OGAE (Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l'Eurovision) run a 'Second Chance' contest for songs that missed out competing at Eurovision. Each OGAE Nation's Fan Club nominates a song that was in their National Finals competition and then all fan clubs vote on those songs. You can watch the 22 songs below.

We have reviewed all 22 songs competing, reviewed and rated them. And we settle on our final top 10.
