Norway: Songs released for second Melodi Grand Prix 2023 semi-final

The seven songs competing in the second semi-final of Norway's Melodi Grand Prix (MGP) have been released.


Competing in this round are Alejandro Fuentes, Bjørn Olav Edvardsen, Ella, Elsie Bay, Jone, Sandra Lyng and Swing'it.


Elsie Bay was one of the pre-qualified artists at MGP in 2022, finishing in the Top 4 with 'Death of Us'. Alejandro Fuentes is best known for finishing third in Norwegian Idol in 2005 whilst Sandra Lyng finished fourth in the 2004 season. Bjørn Olav Edvardsen competed on The Voice Norway in 2015.


The songs are all available on Spotify with the exception of Swing'it's 'Prohibition', and all are available on YouTube with the exception of Alejandro Fuentes' 'Fuego' which is available as a snippet only.

The second semi-final of Norway's Melodi Grand Prix will take place Sunday 22 January 5:50am (AEDT) / Saturday 21 January 19:50 (CET).
