Blanca Paloma will represent Spain at Eurovision 2023 with 'EAEA'

Blanca Paloma has triumphed at Benidorm Fest and will compete for Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool. Their song 'EAEA' won the jury and public vote, and came second in the demographic poll, receiving a total of 169 points.



The artist beat out closest rival Agoney and their song 'Quiero Arder', which ended 24 points behind. Vicco was third with 'Nochentera'.


The flamenco-inspired song is Blanca Paloma's second entry the Benidorm Fest since the national final was rebooted last year. In 2022, she finished fifth with 'Secreto de Agua'.

From the city of Elche, Blanca Paloma was a theatre set and costume designer before pursuing a music career. Spain finished in third place at the 2022 Contest with 'Slomo' by Chanel. . Full results:
