Iceland win Eurojury 2020



This morning the Grand FInal of Eurojury 2020 took place with Iceland taking out the title!


The 26 songs that qualified from the earlier semi finals battled it out for points from the expert professional music jury (including Dami Im, Conchita and Emmelie de Forest) and the public.


Daði & Gagnamagnið's song 'Think About Things' won by just ONE point ahead of the runner-up, Gjon's Tears with 'Repondez-Moi' for Switzerland.


Malta was 3rd, Sweden 4th and Lithuania 5th.


Australia finished 17th overall after a 16th place with the jury and a 15th place with the televote.


The final results are detailed below:



Overall the jury favoured Iceland, then Sweden, Malta, Russia and Romania.


While the public went for Switzerland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Iceland then Malta.


Eurojury is an annual competition that combines a jury score from musicians of each Eurovision nation with a public vote to come up with an overall winner.
