Brooke Scullion, the Irish representative at Eurovision 2022, is proving to be an absolute hit with fans and on with those on the ground in Turin.
Her press conferences are enthusiastic, hilarious and honest, and today we came across an little nugget for us Aussie fans.
One question asked of Brooke was:
If you could choose one famous person to have a slumber party with, who would it be?
Without skipping a beat, she answered immediately:
"Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter."
She went on to add, "I used to cry myself to sleep about him. I got over it, but I'm still not over the fact, that I never got to meet him. So I might meet his children in Australia sometime. I'm obsessed with him."
We feel we need to know more about this obsession, so we will reach out and find out!
Brooke Scullion is competing in semi-final two where Aussies will be able to vote. Could this give her a competitive edge and give Ireland their first qualification since 2018?
